Terms and conditions.

Use of the facilities of Allende Coworking & Business Center implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by members, private office tenants and authorized visitors.

1. Use of Spaces

Access to private offices, coworking areas, the meeting room and common areas of Allende Coworking & Business Center is exclusive to active members, office tenants and authorized visitors. The areas must be used solely for work, professional or training purposes, and not for personal activities unrelated to the coworking and office business.

2. Reservations and Use of the Meeting Room

The meeting room must be reserved at least 2 (two) hours in advance through the reservation platform designated by Allende.

The number of monthly meeting room hours included is governed by the current conditions of the corresponding plan or contract for each membership or private office. Hours beyond those included are subject to availability and to the rate in effect at the time of reservation.

3. Hours

General access to Allende Coworking & Business Center is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00.

Any request for access outside the hours indicated for users must be requested and authorized in advance with the space administrator.

4. Conduct and Respect

All users are asked to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward other members, visitors and Allende staff. The use of music or video calls on speaker within common areas without headphones is not allowed, in order to preserve a suitable work environment for the entire community.

5. Responsibility for Belongings

Each user is responsible for their personal belongings within the facilities. Allende Coworking & Business Center is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

6. Use of Internet and Equipment

Internet service is included in the membership and must be used responsibly. Use of the network for illegal activities or activities that pose a security risk to Allende or third parties is prohibited.

The available equipment (projector, screens, printer, among others) may be used in accordance with the internal usage policies communicated by the space administrator.

7. Security and Access Control

Each private office has an individual fob assigned to its tenant, programmed solely to open the main entrance and access to the office area. Access to the private office is through a key. Sharing fobs, access codes or credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

Coworking users and visitors enter via the reception buzzer and register with a QR code upon entry, as a measure for occupancy control and traceability of who is in the space.

Any security incident, lost fob or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to Allende staff.

8. Maintenance and Care of the Facilities

All users are asked to take care of Allende's facilities, furniture and equipment. In the event of damage caused by misuse or negligence, the responsible user will cover the corresponding repair or replacement costs.

9. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected for registration, access control (including the QR registration upon entry) and operation of the space is governed by the Privacy Notice of Allende Coworking & Business Center, available for users to consult, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

10. Modifications and Updates

Allende Coworking & Business Center reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner through the usual communication channels.

11. Applicable Law

For the interpretation and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the applicable law of the State of Jalisco and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
