In compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, Altermann, RFC: ALT140206F94 (hereinafter “Allende Coworking & Business Center” or “Allende”), with address at Prolongación Allende 647, Col. del Cerro, C.P. 48304, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, makes this Privacy Notice available to you.

I. Data controller

The party responsible for processing your personal data is ALTERMANN, with address at Juan Palomar y Arias 70, C.P. 44690, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

II. Personal data collected

For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, Allende may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data: full name, official ID, nationality and signature.
• Contact data: address, email and phone number.
• Access and registration data: entry and exit times recorded via QR code, visitor logs and meeting room usage records.
• Payment data: information required to process charges for memberships, office rentals and additional services through the corresponding payment platform.

Allende does not collect sensitive personal data. In particular, it does not use facial recognition or any other biometric data as an access control mechanism.

III. Purposes of data processing

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:

Primary purposes:

• Management of coworking memberships and private office contracts.
• Access control and occupancy control of the space.
• Billing and collection of contracted services.
• Handling requests, questions and incidents reported by the user.
• Compliance with applicable legal, tax and Civil Protection obligations.

Secondary purposes:

• Sending promotions, offers, newsletters and communication about new Allende services.

Processing your data for the secondary purposes indicated is optional and is not essential to your legal relationship with Allende.

IV. How to object to processing for secondary purposes

If you do not want your personal data to be used for the secondary purposes indicated in Section III, you may express your objection by sending an email to info@allendework.com with the subject “Objection to secondary purposes” within 5 (five) business days from the date you became aware of this Privacy Notice. Objecting to the processing of data for secondary purposes will not be grounds to deny you the services you request or contract with Allende.

V. Transfer of personal data

To fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, your personal data may be shared with service providers acting as Allende's data processors, including but not limited to:

• Payment platform providers, for processing charges.
• Access control, QR registration and reservation management software providers.
• Accounting firm, for billing and tax compliance purposes.

These transfers do not require your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as they are carried out exclusively for the purposes described herein and under the corresponding confidentiality terms. Allende will not transfer your personal data to third parties other than those indicated without your prior consent, except for the exceptions provided in that article.

VI. ARCO rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of such use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information when it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to request that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the applicable regulations (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights. You may also revoke any consent you may have granted us for the processing of your personal data.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights or to revoke your consent, you must send your request to the email address info@allendework.com, indicating:

• Full name of the data owner and an address or email to communicate the response to your request.
• Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data owner.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise the corresponding right.
• Any other element that helps locate the personal data.

Allende will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from its receipt and, if applicable, will make it effective within the 15 (fifteen) business days following the date the response is communicated, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

VII. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

The website of Allende Coworking & Business Center may use cookies, web beacons and other similar tracking technologies, through which it is possible to collect personal data automatically and simultaneously as the user interacts with such technologies. The data obtained through these technologies includes, among others, session identifiers, preferred language, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This data is used to improve the browsing experience and, where applicable, for statistical purposes.

You can disable the use of cookies from your internet browser settings; however, this may affect some functionalities of the site.

VIII. Changes to the Privacy Notice

Allende undertakes to keep you informed about any changes to this Privacy Notice through its website and/or through notices visible at its facilities.
